Already have our next airplane picked out! So this one needs to go. This has been a great little airplane for us, but we would like to move up to a high performance. My wife and I live at almost 8000 feet elevation in the mountains of Colorado, we commonly see density altitudes of 10k to 11k and this little bird has no problems getting us where we want to go. Very well maintained. A and P owned. Great paint nice interior. Electric trim, intercom, Garmin audio panel, Whelen wing tips with strobes. Everything in this airplane works. High time engine on Mattituck rebuild, but it has no leaks, doesn"t burn oil, good compression, starts right up every time and has plenty of power. The annual is up at the end of this month. Can sell like it is or would be happy to negotiate a fresh annual. Also, would be to deliver anywhere, for expenses and a return flight home. Times will change a little, aircraft is flown regularly .
