Plane to sit so I want it to go to someone who will enjoy it. . Great condition, flies straight and true, no squawks. Radios crystal clear. Just got annual 2 weeks ago. . TT 5340 SMOH 1346. Compressions 72-74-68-65. She is a great flying (hands free will track straight and true) and strong running 150. I have had 450 pounds of human plus full fuel with no issues climbing, however I do not recommend ever flying heavy. New starter and battery. Annual just performed spent $2204.01 many new parts. Has been repainted and shines up nicely. Interior has also been updated, and no rips or tears. Does have shoulder harness belts. She"s a very clean and will make someone a happy owner. Have ALL logs since day ONE. Great radios, Narco AT 150 and great digital NAV/COM I have to pull the logs for the model #. Safe and great flying 150. have a Garmin 196 with yoke mount which I will include as a back up GPS to the winning bidder. One of the wingtip plastic covers has a crack in it (you can buy them used on eBay if it bugs you). No Reserve! Bid with confidence. No damage history, no corrosion, and no major dings. Flew 5 hours since I got her back from annual. Myself (170 pounds) and my friend (180 pounds) and full fuel at 3100 density altitude still achieved 400 fpm climb rate. Cruises 100mph.
