Take a look at this nice little PA-28-140. TTAF 5561.0. SMOH 493.4. These times are as of last annual in May 2016. All Ads are current. Has a Power Flow Exhaust system. Had the Blue and Grey painted in 2014. This is a nice flying airplane, can be certified IFR, was done last in 2014. Has a basic IFR panel with dual nav/coms one with glideslope, ADF and one transponder. KMA 20 TSO Audio panel, 2 MX170C Nav/Com, KR86 ADF, KT76A Transponder with mode C, and Flightcom 2 place intercom. All works good. Interior is original and shows its age. Seats are worn but do not have any rips or tears. Carpet is old and shows its age. There is only three seats in this plane. We never had a fourth but the provisions are there if someone wanted to install it at a later date. This plane did have an air conditioner at one point but has been removed and the unit did not come with the plane when we bought it. Engine was overhauled by Duncan Aviation in 1981. The cylinders look great Compressions as follows as of last annual #1 70/80 #2 72/80 #3 68/80 #4 68/80. Airplane has been flown bought 20 to 25 hours the last 4 years. We bought the plane as a run about and to use for flight training. I bought a super cub a couple years ago and now use it as my run about so I just do not need the Cherokee as well. This would make a nice little plane for a trainer and or a time builder. The airplane is listed on other sources and is listed locally, I reserve the right to end the auction early.
