We spent over $10k on the hangar after our initial purchase. We insulated the roof and hydroswing door, which drops the temp over 20+ versus non insulated units. Walls and floor were painted and all open air joints were draft sealed from neighboring units. Super bright florescent lights were installed as well as remote controlled fans. The hydro-swing door also has a remote control, so you can open the door from your car without entering the hangar; a costly upgrade.
The US Customs building is currently under construction. The gray square in the first photo between the tie-down and hangar rows is where it is being constructed. Scheduled to be completed in about 6 months. This will provide a significant savings for anyone that uses these services on a regular basis.
Land lease is set to expire in 2028, but and it is my understanding they have secured an additional 5 years, so 2033.HOA fees are $275/month, that includes power, water and ground maintenance.This is a real estate transaction, handled with a title company.Great neighbors and hangar community.
