THIS AIRPLANE HAS HAD SOME DISTRESS!THE AIRPLANE IS STILL IN CALENDAR ANNUAL UNTIL 4/1/2020, BUT AS YOU CAN SEE, IT HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE WITH A LANDING THIS SUMMER, AND NOW NEEDS SOME HELP.THE DETAILS ARE A LITTLE CLOUDY, BECAUSE THE LANDING WAS AT THIS AIRPLANES HOME AIRPORT, AND AN FAA REPORT WAS NOT FILED, BUT SOMEHOW THE AIRPLANE GOT OFF THE RUNWAY ONTO THE GRASS, WITH THE NOSEWHEEL FOLDING UP.AS YOU MAY GUESS, THIS BROKE ALL FOUR BLADES OF THE COMPOSITE COVERED WOOD BLADES OF THE MT PROPS. SINCE THE ENGINES HAVE SUFFERED PROP STRIKES, WE ARE SELLING THIS AIRPLANE WITHOUT ENGINES, ACCESSORIES, PROPS, SPINNERS AND EXHAUST SYSTEMS. ALSO SCRAPED THE BOTTOM OF THE NOSECONE, THE FIRST 2 FEET OF THE BELLY SKIN, WRINKLED THE NOSE GEAR DOORS AND WRINKLED THE INBOARD MAIN GEAR DOORS. THE BELLY OF THE AIRPLANE HAS MUD STAINS ON IT, SO BY THE TIME IT WAS THAT LOW, THE AIRPLANE WAS OFF THE RUNWAY AND THE FORWARD MOTION WAS ABOUT STOPPED.I CAN ONLY GUESS THAT THE GEAR SWITCH WAS PLACED INTO THE GEAR UP POSITION WHILE ON ROLLOUT, BUT I WASN’T THERE, IT IS JUST A GUESS BASED ON THE CLUES LEFT BY THE DAMAGE.WHAT IT DID NOT DO IS BREAK THE GEAR. THE NOSE SCISSORS ARE THE ONLY PART OF THE GEAR SYSTEM THAT APPEARS TO BE COMPROMISED.IT ALSO DIDN’T SCRAPE THE MAIN BELLY, NOR THE COWLINGS OR THE NACELLES, AND THE FACT THAT THE OUTBOARD MAIN GEAR DOORS AREN’T SCRAPED PROVES IT WASN’T A GEAR UP LANDING.THE FLAPS ARE NOT DAMAGED AT ALL.IN FACT, IF IT WERE NOT FOR THAT ONE RUNWAY SIGN, THERE WOULD BE NO AIRFRAME DAMAGE AFT OF THE NOSECONE.THAT SIGN IMPACTED THE OUTBOARD LEADING EDGE OF THE RIGHT WING, PUTTING A DENT IN THE LEADING EDGE AND WRINKLING THE SKINS, UPPER AND LOWER BEHIND IT.THE WINGTIP IS NOT DAMAGED, THE NACELLE AND COWLING AREN’T DAMAGED, JUST THE AREA OF IMPACT.AS YOU CAN SEE, THE AIRPLANE WAS LIFTED, THE GEAR LOWERED, AND IT IS SITTING FINE ON ALL 3 GEAR NOW.THE PRESSURE VESSEL (MAIN FUSELAGE) WAS NOT COMPROMISED, AND THERE IS NO SCRAPING TO THE MID BELLY, SO NO ISSUES WITH SPAR CARRY-THROUGHS THAT THERE MIGHT HAVE BEEN FROM A GEAR UP!NO DAMAGE TO ANY OF THE CONTROL SURFACES OR THE TAIL.NO DAMAGE TO THE AIRSTAIR DOOR, WHICH CLOSES WELL.NO DAMAGE TO ANY OF THE WINDOWS, WHICH ARE A BIG DEAL ON A PRESSURIZED AIRPLANE, AND NO DAMAGE TO THE NICE LOOKING HEATED WINDSHIELDS!!!!!!!INSIDE, THE LEATHER SEATS ARE WORN (I SUSPECT THE FORMER OWNER HAD COVERS ON THEM, BUT THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED.) THE SIDE PANELS AND CARPET LOOK GOOD.THE DASH DOES NOT INCLUDE THE AVIONICS, WHICH WERE REMOVED WITHOUT CUTTING CONNECTORS. ALL OF THE FLIGHT INSTRUMENTS SHOWN, INCLUDING A VERY COMPLETE CO-PILOT’S SET WITH ELECTRIC ATTITUDE AND D.G.
