I own the airplane not brokering it.Great older King radios I checked all controls cables Throttle , prop and mixture are all free and easy to move. Fuel selector is free also. Plane can be worked on there.
This 112 has been sitting a long time its a complete airplane that will need lots of TLC> There was no problems when parked just stopped flying. LOOK AT PICTURESI have the logs, I have the bill of sale in my name, I have a clear title search done 3 days ago The plane can be left where it is for 165.00 mth. I am here now in Ca. for a couple of days doing business and can meet anyone that wants to see it. Do all your inspections before auction ends. The paint is rough but interior leather is nice and needs a good clean up. All Commander mods were done. Owner just quit flying. Call me with any questions again the plane is in CA. not TN.
