1974 Baron 58 the Cadillac"s of twins. I have owned her for the last five years. I actually got to keep her in the divorce but do not fly her enough now to justify the expense She is equipped with the following equipment. Full IFR with De-Ice boots. in good condition, Garmin 430waas, Garmin GTX 330, PSI PMA 7000 audio panel. KX 155 second Nav Com. HSI slaved. VOR glideslope coupled. Century III auto pilot, JPI EDM 760 engine monitor with fuel flow. During an inspection a small crack was identified in the left spar carry thru. Beech Kit 58-4008 was installed on both left and right front spar carry thru. This kit takes care of the spar crack inspection AD for the next 1500 hours and was installed during the recent annual. See attached pictures. The annual very extensive and included many items, all pushrod seals were replaced. All valve cover gaskets replaced with silicone gaskets. The left mechanical fuel pump was overhauled. Both fire wall fuel feed lines where replaced. Most compression reading were above 70 with a few that were 68 which is good for a continental. They were also done cold so I assume they would have all been above 70 if it had been run prior . Fresh oil changes with avblend added with every oil change since I have owned her. The right engine bottom motor mounts were replaced. The exhaust rubbed a crack into the lower cowling, this was also repaired. The annual was signed off in this month so you have a year of flying.TTAF 4878.9 TSMO 1648.9Paint solid 8interior 7.5I had the autopilot tuned about 100 hours ago everything works as it should. I would have no issues flying her way past TBO.
