This is our company airplane. We purchased it in 2005. In 1999 the engine had a major overhaul with 2485 hours on it. In 10/17/09 a complete top end overhaul was done on the engine. A new high performance fixed pitch prop was added along with a brand new carburetor. On 11/10/09 both wings were removed. All brackets and jo-bolts were replaced. The engine has less than 100 hours since the complete top end overhaul. Just yesterday, 07/01/15, the airplane got a fresh annual inspection. All AD"s are current. The airplane has near new tires. The paint is nice and the interior is average. The windows are showing age. This plane has a Lycoming engine. Model #0-320-E3D, Engine # L36881-27A. This plane has been hangered since we"ve owned it.
