Now like the title states this is a project, while landing at its home airport (Pine Mountain Lake E45) after rollout the right gear collapsed . The landing was normal, its still unknown why the gear collapsed . The pilot thinks maybe the landing before seemed rougher than normal and maybe that had something to do with it.
As a result there was a minor prop strike on the tip of the blades
The bottom of the rudder and tail cone area were damaged
As imagined from the right gear folding there is right wing damage. It may be possible to ferry the plane out but I cannot guarantee that.
This M20J would make an excellent project or maybe a very good parts donor.
From the panel picture some avionics were removed, the harness and connectors were left in place, NOT cut. The units, trays, and backing plates were simply unbolted NO cutting.
All log books, FAA bill of sale, Airworthiness Cert. are included with the plane. What you see is exactly what you are getting, no warraties given, expressed, or implied. Any questions feel free to ask.
