160 HP full IFR Warrior II. This aircraft is a great time builder or economical cruiser. I just finished getting my instrument rating in it. Kept in an enclosed hanger in inland (dry) So California. Excellent condition. Paint and interior are 8 (maybe 8.5). Annual inspection was just completed 6/19/2015 (won"t be due again July 1st, 2016). Pitot/static and ELT check were both done at annual as well as an oil and filter change. Engine was at 2126 SMOH when I purchased aircraft in Feb 2011. Since then, I have flown it often (usually at least one a week). I have changed the oil regularly at 30-50 hr intervals and sent an oil sample to a lab for analysis at each oil change with all values always normal. Engine is now at 2543 SMOH. It had strong 71/80, 74/80, 71/80, 71/80 compression at the annual in June and starts and runs flawlessly. 6634 TT on airframe. 929 TT on propeller. Complete logbooks Avionics Garmin GNC 250XL panel-mounted TSO"d moving map GPS with Com tranceiver. This is the VFR version of the Garmin 430. Great piece of equipment. I use it in conjunction with an iPad and the two of them together give me turbine level situational awareness

Castleberry 300-14EL electric standby attitude indicator (artificial horizon). $3000 installed. This was already in the aircraft when I acquired it but there"s going to be one in my next airplane. If you ever lost vacuum while IFR in the clouds, this puppy would literally be a lifesaver LED landing light. I leave this on day or night. It draws very little current, shouldn"t ever wear out and can be seen for miles
Storm window air scoop. Blasts air from the prop wash into the cabin while on the ground
Knots-to-U Cabin Door Stop. Surprised these aren"t standard from the factory. Without it, wind could catch the door and seriously damage the hinges Gel cell sealed battery. No more acid being vented down onto the airframe
Standby gyro vacuum system. Uses engine vacuum to power the gyros in the event of a vacuum pump failure
Wingtip strobes
Firewall-mounted battery
Ground power receptacle
Toe brakes on both sides
