The aircraft has been on a Part 135 Certificate it’s entire life, and it has been maintained per those regulations. Log book records are extensive and complete (3 large boxes). Walter Aviation is selling the aircraft due to a lack in demand for small cargo services in the area. The aircraft has been fitted for cargo operations, and includes a completely gutted interior with sheet metal walls, roof, and floor. It also has a bulkhead installed just aft of the front seats to separate the crew from the cargo area. The main cargo bay has a cargo net installed, and is sealed with cargo pit tape. The cargo configuration could be converted back to passengers fairly easily as the sheet metal interior is just screwed to the frame.
