This late model Cutlass is receiving an extensive annual. It is a great flyer and runs very strong with no issues. Even though the engine is high time and past TBO, it runs and performs like a 300 hr. engine. This bird flies fast when the gear comes up it really takes off with the 180 HP engine. 120/ 130 knots at aprox 8.5 GPH. Great compressions, good oil analysis and filter is clean. Check out the new HP starter...... The cosmetics are fair condition but serviceable. This bird is in get in and ready to fly condition.
