This is one of the cleanest airplanes we have seen in a long time. It is very well kept and has had excellent maintenance. The engine is high time but running great with no signs of stress. We just did a thorough pre-purchase inspection on the airplane and there is no corrosion, compression readings all in the 70’s and the oil screen was clean. The only thing we found was a couple of the engine through bolts are seeping some oil which is quite common on high time lycoming engines.
After sale closing will be with Aero Title escrow company in OKC.
