It was build in 1995 in AZ then changed hands and came to Louisiana.
Here are the basic Specs off the top of my head, I will update this with more details when I get home.

Aircraft is Lean free and Has a Clean Title.
When I bought it The airplane had some paint issues, I spoke to the builder and he couldn"t recall what paint was used but it was not the typical aviation paint used on fabric aircraft he said. I was told it was approximately 7-8 years before the paint started reacting the way it did. I can forward pictures of what it looked like before. We chose to vinyl wrap the affected areas with 3M 1080, We sanded the affected areas smoothed it as best as practical and topped it with vinyl. Its not a prefect job and even the vinyl has imperfections and it does show the imperfections below. However the bad areas are now covered and not exposed to the elements. In short its a great showing airplane from 10ft away.
The fabric is very strong, however it does have a few (3-4) small holes on the bottom of the top wing which I"m assuming are from rocks at the builders strip which was gravel.. I have Owned This aircraft a few months, I bought it to build some time in.. I have accomplished my goal and now its time to move on. Im not looking to make money so I will list for what I have in it.
It is a blast to fly, it is easy on the ground and lands about like a Citabria. I have done only basic acro in it and have found no bad habits. I am a heavy guy and I was still within the CG limits.
