Up for sale is an N numbered Destiny Model 2000 with a total of only 109 running hours. I"ve owned it since 2000 and it has never given me any issues. Zero rough landings/crashes and it will be tough to even find a scratch on it. It needs nothing and flies great! I love to fly but do so seldom since I am now married and my wife will not go up with me since she is not a fan of heights! We will put the proceeds of this toward a 4 place ATV...
I trained and have always flown the "Chiron" Chute. It is very maneuverable and is known to be a few miles per hour faster than the typical box chute. It is never a good idea to fly in winds over 10-12 mph but I feel the Chiron handles very well in windy conditions.
It is powered by a 582 Rotax Blue Head with electric start and ceramic surfaced muffler and silencer for reduced noise. It has full instrumentation via "Engine Information System" EIS display panel.
Included in the sale is a "chatter box" for voice activated intercom communication with student or to ground, two helmets with intercom, a side compartment storage bag and chute line socks & storage bag. Also a file of all documents and chute information manuals. It has always been stored in a tight rodent / insect proof Halmark Trailer that can be offered to buyer for an additional $1,200.
