Selling a 2001 Skyboy airplane (Light Sport Aircraft – LSA) with only approximately 60 hours of flight time for $28,500 or best offer. The owner just never got around to flying it much, so his loss is your gain. It is in great condition, has always been stored inside, includes a custom cockpit and engine cover, and has an N#. The airplane is serial #1401 and has a full enclosure with gull-wing doors and high-lift wings. It has a 100 horsepower 912 S Rotax engine and the plane is rated at VNE 102 mph. It has Whalen identification lights and strobes on each wing. The interior consists of grey seats and grey carpeting and has a built in two way radio with head phones and intercom. The battery was replaced about a year or two ago. It certifies as a Light Sport and only requires a valid driver’s license to fly. It will need to be fully inspected to bring it up to date. It needs new tires, as it has been in storage.
