Here is a fantastic deal for the guy who can do a little work. This is a single owner plane for the last 20 years hangered and well cared for. Well it has to happenand the pilot forgot to lower the gear. Plane rode the flaps in lighter gear up damage. The gear is not hurt at all or gear doors. Plane was professionally raised and gear lowered. Everyone makes a mistake. All logs nice and complete clear title search.
