Dual Waas GPS System, with cross fill between 430 and 496 for quick flight planning, Has subscription Sat weather system XM/WX with Sirius Radio connected to audio for Flight entertainment, a L3 WX500 200NM Stormscope currently being installed to display on both Garmin 430WAAS and the Garmin 496, for real time thunderstorm avoidance, A modern Stec-50 auto pilot with GPSS/ROLL STEERING and altitude hold is coupled to 430 GPS/NAV-COM/MFD. This System is LPV approved, allowing 200" Approaches to fields without ILS service. Dual yoke allows for co-pilot work, intercom to all four seats, thick tinted glass like new, paint is 9+/10 in modern scheme, has 3 blade prop with polished spinner, The Factory Continential IO-520BB engine, has compressions all over 73/80. No leaks , drips, 25 hr oil changes, no abnormal oil use (quart every 11 hrs) with clean oil analysis at last annuals. Expect 500+ hrs before ANY eng work will be required. Wing spar just inspected (NO CRACKS), Static check not due for 2 years, annual due 12.2015. Very low TT, looks and flys like a new plane. Great color combo. All logs, Books and records.
