We spent almost a year before researching all Cessna 310"s. The H model is one of the most sought after variants. This model features sleek tip tanks (not the larger bulkier "tuna tanks"). Over the wing exhaust - requires no cowl flaps. Naturally aspirated 285HP Continental IO-470"s - less maintenance and operational cost then its turbo charged cousin. Cessna enthusiast rave about the "slippiness" of the H Model cruising at 170kts burning 12 gallons a side. I added a few pictures of my fight to New York yesterday (03/05.2016) showing fuel burn on the Shadin Fuel monitor @12.2 gal/hr and a picture of the GPS, 169kts. No wind. running 23inches x 23 RPM.
We are selling N1002Q because my partner just had a baby (you can see her in one of the photos). We are looking to downsize as he doesn"t have the same "freedoms" to fly as he did last year.
This a fast, "turn key" aircraft, with a strong IFR platform, that has been well maintained, making it a great aircraft for its next owner.
