“Engine is close to TBO (100 hours away). Tires and battery are new as of October. Interior is in pretty amazing condition except for dash cracks. Could use paint on bottom of fuselage. See pics of the tweaked right elevator. It has been that way for years. Passes inspection fine with it. Picture makes it look bad. The attached google pics were taken last week and the plane was pretty dusty from sitting in the hangar for the last several months.”

N5032R, serial # R18200627, Turbo. Oxygen. Always hangared. Low airframe time (2000 hours). Lycoming 0-540-L3C5D engine. Original avionics, paint, interior. Prop rebuilt in July, 1994 (see logs).
