Wings and stabilizer/elevators are also in great shape, and finished in Jet-Glo white (hangar dust in pictures, finish is smooth and bright). Landing gear and extended wing tanks were removed and installed on another plane. The standard fuel tanks, all wiring, autopilot servo, etc. are still installed and ready to assemble and fly. Included are the original wing tips. Will still need landing gear, firewall foreward, instruments, finishing kit, and interior.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get a jump-start on building (or having one of the build-shops build) your dream plane. The Glasair III air-racers approach 400 mph, and customer-built planes can cruise at 300 mph.
This is a high-performance, two-place plane and is not for everybody. Before bidding, please become familiar with experimental aircraft, and specifically the Glasair line.
