Short story, so you know what you are buying. Airplane purchased in Chicago. Originate from Parks College Saint Louis. Kept in perfect condition and very well maintained all the time. All bills and logs. In 2010 brought to New York, in purpose of private use and time building. Never had a major and unexpected problem with her. At beginning we have resealed leaking struts on main landing gear, works perfect till this day. Replaced alternator which was not "certain" with new. Replaced a skin on elevator and a new aileron due to minor dents, however that was after Sandy. No any other damage, I keep flying her every week, so obviously she"s fine ;) All that years she was protected under custom cover. Oil and filter replaced regularly not later than every 50 hrs. One only bad thing about that plane is paint. She may need nice new paint, to be a super beautiful modern looking, she deserves it. If you need build time and low on budget you don"t have to paint.

Let me tell you something, most people are afraid of buying expensive parts for not so popular airplanes...You will spend tons of money on Beechcraft or Cessna, not here. This is VERY RELIABLE plane - no buying expensive parts! If you must buy, that will be once for a few years.
