This auction is for two new Kolb Twinstar Mark 2 aircraft. One Kit is about 95% completed (no motor included), the other a spare kit. Comes with ballistic shoot, gauges, about 1000 hours of work done by professional who has since passed from age and I"m selling to clear space. These are new planes and have no hours on them. I have both sets of plans but no other paperwork. Not registered.
These planes have been in a garage for around 15 years in a dry climate and are now located in a hangar at Smith Ranch Airport in San Rafael, CA. They will need to be picked up. Both planes can fit in a 26ft U-haul for easy transportation.

The TwinStar series of two place airplane was introduced in 1984 by Kolb Aircraft Company. First came the completely open TwinStar; later the TwinStar was enclosed and named the TwinStar Mark II.The TwinStar Mark II featured side by side seating, was enclosed, and had an exceptional climb rate for a two seat aircraft.Both aircraft are powered by the 503 Rotax engine.
