This AIR CONDITIONED, PRESSURIZED, GARMIN G900X SVT GLASS COCKPIT 1995 Lancair 4P, N441JH, serial number LIV-228, is an experimental four seat carbon fiber all-composite aircraft with a main fuel capacity of 90 gallons. This airplane cruises at 250 Knots TAS at 75% power, 31” manifold pressure, and 2500-RPM, burning 22 gallons per hour rich of peak and 240 Knots TAS at 16 gallons per hour lean of peak. This has been verified with ATC and here > which tracks VFR & IFR flights in the USA. At long-range cruise speed this aircraft can cover 1000 nautical miles in 4 hours with a 60 plus minute reserve.

Aircraft History:

This aircraft is completely documented from the first day of the build and was built by Steve Lorentzen. Mr. Lorentzen was the production manager for the Lancair 4P in the 1990’s. It was sold to John Harold and then it was purchased by William Edwards of Santa Monica, California. We purchased the aircraft in July of 2009 and immediately started to incorporate our needs into this aircraft. Since our home base was Yuma, Arizona (KNYL) we wanted air conditioning for safety and comfort and the system was already installed on the airplane. We then proceeded to upgrade the panel with the Garmin G900X SVT system in 2010. A brand new interior was just completed by William Paiz in May of 2013. Every flight surface was laser leveled to check for twisting and consistency, and was then put through the Lancair insurance inspection program which it passed.
