Item specifics Purchased the plane in 2016. I have been flying it almost everyday. I had put about 300 hours on it since. It has been well maintained. Every 50 hours oil changed (logged in book). I have changed many parts like new vacuum pump, new throttle cable, new electric fuel pump, new front tire, new muffler, 2 new heads and much more. The engine is due for a recommended overhaul. I have an FAA shop that will do a complete overhaul for a discounted price of $16,000. However if you only use it for private you can do it later. All cylinder"s compression over 74 and up. I add 1 court of oil every 5-6 hours of use. The airplane comes with new annual at the time of purchase. It is a great airplane with an awesome updated panel! Garmin GPS comes with ADB-S traffic and terrain warning (very useful). No corrosion South California based. Reason for selling is I need the cash for other LSA category airplane.
