Most prep work has been done with many new parts. All new cables, new hinges ready to install, new rear spars. Everything has been gone through. Struts and brakes rebuilt, new cowling, new rudder skin...this airplane was being restored to like new..no worries for 20 years condition. No hidden corrosion....such as under rear wing spars. Wings and fuselage are stripped! That is a major headache out of the way. Fuel tanks freshly resealed. They were removed and done correctly. Sealant seen in pics. Anything that could get new hardware got it.. All steam flight instruments included, but ready for new Garmin or Dynon fun stuff. STEC 20 AUTOPILOT. New flight control pulleys in several places. Log books, data tag, bill of sale. Why buy a 2 place home built kit for $30K when you can have this 4 place VERY quick build for $8900? These Cherokee 180s have useful loads in the 1000 lb range. The value of the parts far exceed my asking price. I just don’t have the time to part it out, or the heart. Selling because I have too many projects! I have a second PA28-180D just completed and for sale...a Grumman Tiger project, and my little 150. This is a complete airplane. Most plastic there...much of it in pretty good shape. Engine mount included.
