PROJECT, HAS FAA BILL OF SALE AND AIRWORTHINESS CERTIFICATE OF A 150HP TRI PACER AND A "ORIGINAL PIPER DATAPOATE" ALONG WITH ALL PREVIOUS CERTICICATES, INVOICES, LEFT THE PIPER FACTORY IN 01-27-1956 TO THE NEW OWNER IN CALIFORNIA....AND NOW IN FLORIDA!

COMPLETE PROJECT, ( LESS ENGINE AND INSTRUMENTS), THE HOLE AIRFRAME IS DUSTY FROM BEEN IN A STORAGE FOR SEVERAL YEARS, SOME LIGHT RUST ON SOME TUBES THAT CAN BE REMOVED EASY WITH A SCOTH BRIGHT, SB819 (FOR RUST ON DOOR FRAME, REAR DOOR, BAG DOOR AND UPPER TUBE BY TOP OF WINDSHIELD FRAME HAS BEEN DONE, NO ENTRY ON LOGBOOKS, SEE THE LAST PICTURES), THE FUSELAGE HAS ALREADY BEEN PROFESSIONALLY CONVERTED TO A TAIL WHEEL, THE LANDING GEAR LEGS LOOKS LIKE NEW WITH A ORIGINAL MARRON COLOR PRIME, IT HAS OLD TIRES AND WHEELS WITH DRUM STYLE BRAKES, ALSO A NEW SET OF CLEVELAND WHEELS AND DRUM BRAKES INCLUDED, LOOK AT THE PICTURES. THE RH FRONT AND LH REAR DOOR LOOKS LIKE NEW TOO IN BLACK PRIMER COLOR, AS WELL BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT ELEVATORS.
THERE IS A LYCCOMIG ENGINE MOUNT AND A COMPLETE SET OF INTERIOR WITH, FLOORS, SIDE PANELS, SEATS, ( I WOULD USE DOES AS TEMPLATES TO MAKE NEW ONES) ARM REST, DOOR LOCKS, KEYS, ALL ELETRICAL WIRES AND CABLES BUT NO WINDOWS. TAIL FLYING WIRES ARE THERE, LANDING GEAR AND WINGS FAIRINGS AS WELL NOSE COLWINGS MADE OF ALUMINUM ARE ALL THERE TOO. FEW SMALL BUCKETS WITH PULLEYS, BOLTS, NUTS AND LOTS OF SMALL PARTS INCLUDING A LYC O-290 EXHAUST (AGAIN NO ENGINE INCLUDED), TWO SPINERS WITH BACK PLATE, PROP BOLTS AND FEW MORE SMALLER ITEMS.
COMPLETE TAIL SECTION.
THE WINGS ARE ORIGINAL ALL ALUMINUM WING SPARS AND RIBS, I KEEP THE OLD COVERING TO PROTECT AGAINST DIRTY AND DUST. I DID OPEN "HOLES" ON THE OLD FABRIC TO INSPECT AND ALL COMPRESSION STRUTS, RIBS, ANS SPAR ARE IN GOOD CONDITION WITH THE ORIGINAL PRIME, ALL PARTS ARE FIRM IN PLANE AND NO VISIBLE RUST INSIDE THE WING.
AILERONS AND FLAPS ARE PRESENT AND MOVE FREELY. LEFT FUEL TANK IN PRESENT, RIGHT FUEL TANK IS OUT THE WING AND SHOW DAMAGE FROM IMPROPER STORAGE, BUT NO VISIBLE CRACKS OR HOLES, THERE IS A SPARE FUEL SENDING UNIT. ALSO TWO SETS OF WING STRUTS, ONE WITH FORKS AT THE ENDS, YOU DECIDE TO USE DOES OR BUY NEW ONES. THEY ARE ALL STRAIGHT.
BUY A PRE SEAL ENVLOPE SET FOR COVERING AND BRING IT BACK TO THE AIR.

Yes there is one Metal data plate of PA-22-150 SN-3681 along with bill of sale and Airworthiness Certificate and a Acme Air Title Service from October 4, 2016 (NO Liens ) Also one logbook from day one in 1956 until 11-19-1967 it had TT 2746hs. Weight and balance charts, Several letter from Piper with AD"s, old registration and paperwork stating that the aircraft was disassembled in a storage. It"s all in a folder, but I did couldn"t find the STC for the tail wheel conversion on all this paperwork, maybe it got lost, I really don"t know, the previous owner was a A&P.On Feb-14-17 at 05:30:34 PST, seller added the following information:Per request, I just updated a picture with the original Piper Dataplate.Also find here a STC from Peterson Aviation For Fuel STC for Piper models PA-22 all the way to PA-22S-150 equioed with engines Lycoming O-235, O-290, O-320.
