Please note that this is a high speed, complex airplane and not for the novice aviator. It is amphibious and does not have the same characteristics as a float plane. A Lake amphibian checkout would be a great start to learning this airplane, along with a competent Lake or Seawind Instructor to check you out on land and water with the Seawind.
