This is a complete RV-9 Empennage Kit which I purchased from Van"s in 2011. It includes all parts, instructions, plans, jigs, etc. that came with the kit. A few rivets are probably missing. The items in the first page (see picture) have been completed. I had previously built an RV-6 empennage and wings. Everything has been stored inside, and is in very good condition. This can be picked up at my house near Frederick Md. Current date: 2019-11-24
