This is a true 4 passenger airplane. I have flown this airplane many times with 4 grown adults, plus all the bags I can fit in the airplane and full of fuel. We have flown off high altitude airports in the middle of summer without any problems. The Cessna 182 is a durable airplane for high altitude flying and performance.
I have had this airplane up to 15,000 feet full of people and luggage. The book shows a higher altitude capable but we have never had a need to go higher.
It is a VFR only airplane.
The Annual is being preformed this week. It will be sold with a fresh annual.
This airplane runs good and we are selling because we purchased a twin engine airbag and we don"t need 2 airplanes.
This interior was replaced a few years ago with all leather. I flew this airplane to Austin Texas and Houston a few weeks ago and it cruises at 140 all day long. Notice one of the photos we have posted at night shows the airspeed indicator and it is 160 indicated. This airplane has always preformed well.
We have flow it many times to Colorado and it will fly 5 hrs. as certified in the POH. There are 2 - 39gal. extended fuel tanks.
The Garmin 430 that is shown in the airplane goes with the airplane. It is a color screen and has air traffic, weather, and terrain on this GPS that all work. The Garmin Transponder is new and has S mode. To keep the weather ability you have to purchase a subscription for that yearly service.
I will pull the log books and edit this listing with the hours on the aircraft once I find the information.
If you are looking for a good airplane for a good price this is the one. It has high hours on the airplane and can use a paint job but it is not an expensive aircraft for those reasons.
