As complete a Taylor Coot amphibian project as you are likely to find anywhere. All documentation back to original purchase of plans with the exception of builders" logs - however this project was previously owned by an A&P and would likely still qualify for the 51% rule to help you achieve a repairman certificate. This is a rare opportunity to have a great head start on an aircraft and build at 1/10th the price of an Icon.
