This is a, Aerolite - 103 ultralight airplane build on Jan 26, 2012 ,this is like a brand new airplane now.upgraded the motor with 0 hrs.,About a year-and-a-half ago, with a new 447 rotax. all fabrics on the plane are new.has a brand new 3 blade prop.The prop alone was $1,200. Also was upgraded with hydraulic disc brakes installed on the main wheels. For this price i will include three items. (1st David Clark voice activated intercom model H10-76 almost new.) ( 2nd and also strobe Beacon Light vision x lighting Used but it works.) ( 3rd Also a two way Air band Transceiver by sporty"s JD-200.Used but it works.) upgraded instrument panel with new gauges. It"s got everything you will need up in the air. Does need wiring hook up on gauges and motor. Remember this airplane has been upgraded with new stuff, so it like a new plane. Please no trades. If you need more info just e-mail me. I also have the manual to build it again ,with schematic for all bolts and brackets to building one. I would accept a payment plan but the plane would have to stay here until it"s paid in full. The Aerolite 103 is an American single seat, high-wing, pusher configuration ultralight aircraft, designed by Terry Raber The aircraft"s model number indicates that it was designed to comply with the Federal Aviation Administration FAR 103 ultralight rules. The Aerolite 103 features a high wing with half-span flaps that are extended by use of an overhead bellcrank to a maximum of 40 degrees. The flight controls are three-axis and are actuated by a wheel mounted on a control column via flexible push-pull cables and conventional rudder pedals connected to the rudder by cables. The engine throttle is a twist-grip type and incorporates a brake lever to operate the non-differential hydraulic disc brakes installed on the main wheels of the tricycle landing gear.[4][6]
The aircraft has conventional nose wheel steering connected to the rudder pedals. The main landing gear utilizes sprung-tubes for suspension and absorbing landing loads. There is a fourth small caster-wheel under the tail, because when the pilot"s seat is unoccupied the aircraft rests on its tail, due to the aircraft"s empty center of gravity.[4]
