Has approx.
3500hrs. Total Time, 200 STOH, 1370 SMOH (still flying weekly). It runs perfectly, uses no oil
between changes and is rigged perfectly. This airplane, being a C150, of course was a
trainer. What distinguishes it is that it has never been in a flight school,
hence the low total time. Most 150"s of that era have in excess of 10K hours
and have made thousands of touch and gos. While this airplane was used for
training, it was always operated by it"s owner therefore low total time and never treated like a rental. It has a KX125
flip flop Navcom which works perfectly. It has an older Narco AT50 Mode C
transponder not currently working. I"m guessing it needs a good cleaning on the board
but haven’t diagnosed it yet, could be bad. It has a 2 place intercom
system which works great. The airplane needs paint
and floor carpet. It has
the usual wearing of the formed wing and elevator tips but many do.
The seats are ok but there are a few places
where the seams are starting to separate so I would say it could use some
covers or reupholster soon. The glass
is average for the age. It has a few crazed areas but cleans up nice and there
are no cracks. If the price is close enough to the
"Buy it now" price I will have a fresh annual performed
even though the next one isn’t due until December to let you know you are
getting a plane with a clean bill of health. This really will make
someone a great little airplane. It does have damage history on the right wing, years ago as
a result of a taxiing mishap. The wing was repaired and as I said earlier the
airplane is a hands off, perfectly rigged pleasure to fly. If I can answer any questions please feel free to call me at
