“This airplane was involved in a taxi incident with the tail of a Cessna 172 causing damage to the left wing tip. The airplane is currently out of license and the owner was preparing to take the airplane to the shop for maintenance when the incident occurred. The owner has lost his medical and now intends to sell the airplane as it is. The airplane will need an annual inspection, prior to the incident the current owner was flying the airplane and had pulled up to our fuel island to get fuel. The incident occurred when he started the airplane and it got away from him striking another airplane with its left wing.”
