Paint 8/10 Looks very nice, has a great shine , has been hangar kept
Interior 8.5 4 place leather interior, Rear Seats are late model high back spilt seats , interior plastic in excellent condition not broken or damaged, Dash and switches in great shape. Just a really nice interior, leather wrap control yokes. See photos
Glass 8/10 all glass in good used condition, shows some wear
Damage history , Yes has had a gear up landing in the pasted.

Your looking at a really nice Mooney, above average condition for its year. Everything is in working order , just went on a 1500 mile cross country last weekend. . Burns 11.8-13 GPH depending on power settings. Last weekend 11,500 ft/32/2400 power setting 12.2-12.5 GPH cruising 170 kts true . Its truly an amazing airplane . Engine doesn"t burn much oil, 11hr flight added 1 qt .

Only selling because we are flying the Twin Cessna more than the Mooney. Doesn"t make sense to pay insurance , Hangar rent , etc on 2 planes .
