Buyer requirements:
Completion of the sale will be contingent on the buyer meeting the following requirements:
(i) holds a FAA aircraft single-engine land private pilot’s license;
(ii) has a current third-class medical (if required by the FAA to pilot the Aircraft);
(iii) has passed a biennial flight review within the past 24 months;
(iv) holds an FAA instrument rating;
(v) has 250 hours of flight experience;
(vi) has no history of FAA violations or infractions or aviation incidents;
(vii) passes a checkride in the Aircraft, administered by a CFI chosen by the other Stockholders; and
(viii) undergoes an interview with the other Stockholders and by majority vote is approved by them to be a buyer of the Retiring Stockholder’s shares.
