Privately owned aircraft for sale. Ready to fly. Hangared, well maintained and flown over 100 hours since January. This is not an abused trainer, this is a well cared for 150M. It has a Continental 0-200 100hp engine. The compression is 70"s on all cylinders, the engine burns very little oil and the oil lab tests are consistent with a strong healthy engine. In March, both VOR"s were rebuilt, the digital Narco 12D radio was inspected and a 8130 was issued. The radio works great and is crystal clear, even on long cross countries. The Cessna ARC RT328-T radio was rebuilt and an 8130 was issued. A new turn coordinator and a new digital Volt/Amp meter was installed in June. The Mode C transponder was calibrated and cleaned in March and works great. Total airframe time is 5300 hours, and 1834 SMOH. All lights, switches, instruments, electric flaps and breakers work. Last annual was performed on January 15, 2016. All AD"s are complied with. This is a solid aircraft ready to build hours. It is VFR only, as there is no glide slope. The paint is okay, but it is old and dull. The plane has been maintained by a mechanic with more than 30 years experience.
